We required Software Support Engineer.
Major Responsibilitites are:
- Providing support of software to departments
- Communicate with departments to provide desired information and status on inquiries
- Generate and provide application data or reports
- Log, identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to software products
- Review front end, back end and other application interfaces and logs to troubleshoot and fix problems
- Identify common issues and provide feedback for improvement to Developers
- Correspondence with inter-departmental communication
- Onsite/Remote Product Trainings, installations & troubleshooting
- Handling calls for Technical support.
