We are launching a major brand in FMCG, with the state of art products and facilities.  This is a national level position, with Head Office in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.   

Job brief:

Your goal will be to create and increase brand awareness through effective marketing plans and campaigns that will increase the sales.

This is a very exciting opportunity for young marketing professional to showcase his/her skills and talent.  We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies for a very powerful FMCG brand. You will work very closely with the senior management, sales, distribution, manufacturing teams.  

The candidate is expected be creative and result-oriented. An analytical mind, research and creative skills are essential in this job.  Candidate is expected to be digitally savvy with good understanding of social media marketing at the same time have good understanding traditional B2C and B2B marketing.     

In this role you will manage the external agencies and vendors (Creative Ad Agencies, Market Research, Market Execution Agencies, Printers etc.)

Responsibilities

·       Work as a key member of Marketing Team and prepare Brand Plan with effective Go to Market strategies for both consumers and trade-marketing

·       Meet all the stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies

·       Analyze industry, competition and market trends

·       Execute creative ideas for marketing activities

·       Manage external agencies and vendors 

·       Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)

·       Coordinate sales, product development and other teams

·       Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs

·       Prepare reports on brand performance and sales

Requirements

·       BBA Marketing, Communication, other Business-related fields; MBA is a plus

·       Proven experience 2-5 of Brand Management or General Marketing.

·       Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning

·       Strong understanding of both traditional (TVC, OOH, Print, Radio, BTL and ATL, etc.) and digital marketing mediums. 

·       Digital Marketing Certifications and experience will be highly evaluated. Social Media, SEO and SEM. Knowledge of Website Development will be a plus.

·       Experience and working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop

·       Familiarity with latest marketing trends and food industry best practices

·       Experience in managing external agencies and vendors

·       Ability to conduct research and analyze data

·       Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines

·       Structured thinking and presentation of ideas

·       Excellent communication and teamwork skills

·       Results-driven attitude and creative mindset

·       Lots of energy and enthusiasm to grow.
