- Overall supervision of facilities management of all COK locations and South I & II Branches.
- To Head the maintenance team.
- Supervise monthly Maintenance related procurements.
- Supervise timely rectifications/resolutions of issues related to, Civil Works maintenance, Electrical, Telecommunication (PABX), ACs and Generators etc.
- Handling of all Maintenance Contracts of all related areas.
- Supervision of Complaint Management System, and reporting.
- Implementation of cost saving initiatives in function of the bank that come under him/her.
- Yearly budget planning for functions of his/her department.
- All approvals and settlements/payments of all utilities of Pan Pakistan Branches/Offices.
- All approvals initiations and dealings related to settlements of Billing of related functions.
