Unit One Research is a new media & research collaboration being launched by a group of U.S. based Pakistani VCs and entrepreneurs. We're looking for a few research-driven writers who can help us research and share learnings about the fastest growing tech startups globally. Our team will be leveraging best-in-class research processes from U.S. VC firms and Hedge Funds to produce content that will be shared globally and inform our existing readership of top founders, investors, and executives.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience developing research-driven content & writing. (Please include any relevant experience such as stock pitches, equity research reports, etc)
- Has basic knowledge of the startup and investing world (knows the difference between a Series A and Seed round, can figure out where to find funding information, etc)
- Is excited about the opportunity to dive deep into researching new companies and markets
- Comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple projects in parallel
- Self-Directed – Has the ability to work without someone looking over your shoulder
- Entrepreneurial – Interested in being a part of the founding team of a new venture from the start and working to build something from scratch
