We are looking for a dedicated and organized professional to oversee the front desk operations at our clinic. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the reception area by opening the counter on time, maintaining cleanliness, and verifying that all equipment is in proper working order. This position requires direct interaction with patients and staff, demanding strong communication and coordination skills to support the clinic’s activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Open the counter promptly at the start of each working day.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the counter area to create a welcoming environment.
- Ensure all equipment, including phones, computers, and other terminals, are functioning properly before the start of operations.
- Professionally attend and assist telephone calls, providing accurate information and directing calls as needed.
- Prepare patient record cards for new patients and update them as necessary.
- Coordinate with the medical records department to ensure timely receipt and management of medical files and cards.
- Foster and promote positive working relationships within the clinic team and with patients or visitors.
- Perform duties assigned by the Coordinator and higher management promptly and efficiently.
- Provide guidance and assistance to patients and their relatives, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth interactions.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities as directed by the Head of Department or senior management to support clinic operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar front desk or administrative role.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

This is a full-time, in-person position suited for a proactive individual who is patient-focused and committed to supporting the operational needs of the clinic. The role demands reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
