A Renowned Cash & Carry is launching a new franchised Departmental Store for which it is looking for an "Experienced Store Manager". The job requirements/criteria is listed as below:
1- Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in a Managerial Role at a well-known Departmental Store Chain/Cash & Carry.
2- Education: Bachelors Degree or Higher
3- Must possess basic IT Knowledge and should have experience in operating POS Software.
4- Must possess Inventory Management Knowledge/Experience & will be responsible for Stock Ordering on a daily basis.
5- Must have Sales Experience in the Fruit/Vegetables, Meat, General Grocery Item Department.
6- Must have sufficent Experience operating Cash Tills / Managing Cashiers.
7- Will be responsible for the complete Work Force / Staff in the Store (Scheduling Shifts, Handling Day to Day Issues)
8- Preferably Lahore Based
Salary -We will be offering Market Competitive Salary with great room to grow via Target Based Bonuses.
