Responsible for ensuring that the customer receives a superior level of service during  banking transactions at the branch by coordinating between tellers / relationship officers and customers; Handles all customer related queries, problems etc. and ensures high scores in quality and service measures. 

1.     Assist in ensuring consistency of internal / external customer experiences by inculcating a Service Culture and leading by example.

2.     Manage customer traffic within the branch to ensure key service standards are met.

3.     Deal proactively with the branch customers to fulfill their banking requirements, Issuance of bank statements, responding to customers’ account balance     inquiries and issuance of customers’ Zakat and tax exemption forms.

4.     Customer communication through telephone for Call Back Confirmation (CBC), cheque book and ATM card availability confirmation.

5.     100% customer complaints communicated through verbal, written or other channels to be logged in CMS and closure within define TAT.

6.     Actively involved in the activation of branch dormant accounts.

7.     Return mail process to be followed for SOA. MIS to be maintained for follow-up with customers for updating correct details

8.     Assist in Branch Cross selling & promoting retail banking products.

9.     Assist in ongoing service related initiatives/projects given to the branch.
