Job Summary:

To facilitate new customer onboarding via Digital medium. This job role requires client visits on regular basis and to manage customer relationships

Job Requirements:

  • Timely fulfilment of Digital Onboarding Leads.
  • Well-versed with Digital App usage.
  • Strong coordination with branches and back office for timely processing of new onboarding requests.
  • Ensure discrepancies-free digital account opening.
  • Plan and execute outreach activities in Malls, Universities & Corporations, etc. every month.
  • Guide and train customers on Digital App usage. Also, cross sell different banking products.
  • Must be highly focused to meet targets.
  • Strictly observant of all regulations & policy by internal & external regulators.
