Responsibilities
- Engage potential and existing customers through telephone calls during assigned evening and night shifts.
- Present and explain products or services clearly and persuasively to attract customer interest and generate sales.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, sales techniques, and market trends to effectively address customer needs.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the companys CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and resilience when overcoming customer objections or challenges.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies and customer service quality.
- Participate actively in all training and development sessions to enhance tele-sales skills and product knowledge.
