Salary: 100,000-150,000 (OTE) – Uncapped Commission

Job Description:
As a Senior Property Negotiator your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
· Answering calls/emails and converting callers into leads.
· Providing excellent customer service
· Admin-related tasks
· Generating new leads by way of outbound cold/warm calling
· Maintaining a good relationship with clients
· Sales: Opening and Closing
· Booking appointments with clients in accordance to our schedule.
· Report to, and work closely with, our General Manager.
Person Specification:
· Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
· The candidate should be motivated, confident and have good telecommunications skills.
· The candidate should have good interpersonal skills.
· Real Estate/Sales experience is desired.
· A passion for Sales is essential.
