Field Operation Executives will be placed in multiple cities who will be mainly responsible for:

- Managing and organising data of the pre-sellers/order bookers in their respective regions.

- Managing the payroll inputs of the pre-sellers/order bookers in their respective regions.

- Processing the monthly expense claims and android tablet billing.

- Attendance management of the pre-sellers/order bookers.

- Hiring and exit mangement of the pre-sellers/order bookers.

- Assist HR department in every way for smooth functioning of the filed force team.

We require candidates with:

- FMCG sales background.

- Knowledge regarding FMCG trading and distribution procedures.

- Willingness to switch from sales field job.
