We are looking for an experienced professional having at least 4 year of experience serving a reputed call center
We require someone who can:
- Coach and train the new as well as the existing Call Center Staff
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and Team targets assigned.
- Exhibit excellent motivational skills to facilitate the team and the Manager to carry out the routine tasks
- Assist the Project Manager in working on his assigned tasks and responsible for creating and maintaining the Daily Performance Report
- Help and mentor the team members to achieve their assigned daily/weekly/monthly goals.
The Applicant must have:
- A Bachelors Degree
- Min. 4 years Inbound / Outbound Sales Customer Care experience
- Ability to coach and impart knowledge
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team
