As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to manage, supervise and motivate the team to unleash their full capacity and achieve the target goals.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and foster a strong working relationship with Leasing Team and clients.
- Implements an effective leasing procedure from receiving leads, client meet ups and house viewings, follow-up system till the contract signing.
- Develops a strategic plan for client retention.
- Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge in finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.
- Work on exclusive company projects and initiate successful integration of development plans.
- Ensure that company standards, protocols, and procedures are well implemented to the Leasing Consultants.
- Accurately review contracts, listings, and reports.
- Exhibit strong negotiating skills in pitching deals to clients.
- Reports daily to the Director of the target set to achieve and how it is integrated with the whole team.
Requirements:
- Real Estate Experience is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English Skills.
- Good Negotiating, Communication, and networking skills.
- Confident and well Presented/Smartly dressed.
- Self-driven, Hardworking, Outgoing, Ambitious and Reliable.
- Good computer literacy
