- Performing routine Inspection and quality tests & ensuring that processses comply with SOPs at both Factory and site Level.
- Ensure in-house quality procedures, standards and Specification within factory.
- Carrying out and Monitoring testing and Inspection at Factory and sites during Fabrication and Installation.
- Writing Tecchnical reports and obtaining Job Completition Certificates from Clients.
- Review measurements of Fabricated windows against Layouts before dispatch.
- Monitor Risk Management Procedures, maintain and Analyze Problem Logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
- Ability to Diagnose and Troubleshoot complex Technical Issues.
- Provide Prompt and Accurate feedback to Clients.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Proven Work Experience as a Technical Supervisor preferably in UPVC Industry.
- Excellent Problem Solving and communication skills.
