- Working in collaboration with the sales team members.ย ย ยทย
- Maintaining a strong relationship with current and prospective clients.ย ย ยทย ย ย
- Following up with the potential clients by visiting them if required.ย ย ยทย
- Leading a team of sales personnel and assigning them tasks.ย ย
- Organizing sales meetings to analyze sales insights.ย ย ยท
- Providing sales training to the sales team.ยทย
- Maintaining a positive working environment.ย ย
- Ensuring team members are achieving the sales targets.
- Creating sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.ย ยท
- Finding ways to enhance sales performance metrics and KPIs.ย
- Assisting in hiring new employees and offering them training sessions.ย

- Bachelorโs/ Masterโs degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or similar field.ยทย ย ย
- Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar roleยทย ย ย
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills and coordination skills with agencies.ยทย
- Product knowledge including pricing, packaging, and positioning.ยทย ย
- Goal-oriented and results-driven partnered with a creative mindset.
