Ø To maintain timely accurate financial statements and reports that is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Ø Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including With Holding payments, Income Tax, VAT and allied matters.
Ø Oversee the Book keeping functions including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Ø Account Finalization, P&L, Balance Sheet Finalization, Preparation of Cash Flow, Yearly Budgeting.
Ø Processing and Opening of LC’s and Bank Guarantees.
Ø Maintain all heads of Accounts prudently, and take very good care / control of the different expenses, in letter and spirit.
