Job roles includes but not limited to the following
· Analyze revenues and sales projection
· Freight Brokerage, dealing and negotiations with other motor carriers and brokers
· Fleet & Fuel Management
· Monitoring real time operations and take corrective actions for any exceptions
· Comply with FMCSA regulations and ensure safe operations
Skills Required:
•Minimum 2 Years working experience in multi tasking environment
•Fluent in speaking English
•Hard working
•Self-motivated
•Computer oriented and should have good understanding using internet and search engines
•Fluent in Microsoft applications, Outlook and keyboard proficiency.
•Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment,
•Tolerate stress, plan and organize, attention to details, problem-solving skills
•Candidate must be Vibrant / Energetic /Enthusiastic
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensations:
•Base Salary (20,000/- 30.0000/-) based on experience + Commission.
•Two yearly Bonus
•Gratuity with company share
•Paid vacation
