Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Support the recruitment team with scheduling interviews, candidate follow-ups, and document management.
Act as the first point of contact for international candidates and recruitment partners, especially from Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Hungary, Malta, Moldova, Belarus, and Russia.
Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems.
Help in drafting job postings and promoting openings through appropriate online platforms.
Ensure all candidate documentation and records are properly filed and compliant with internal policies.
Coordinate with travel and relocation service providers, when applicable, for international hires.
Support HR and management with administrative tasks, reports, and internal communication.
Maintain a welcoming and well-organized office environment..
