Job Description

Job Dimensions:

Business Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of business, overall responsible for development of Center of Executive Education and progrmas particularly including growth revenues profitably, following policies and procedures and resources related to the concerned department.

The individual is required to creat the market position by achieving financial growth, building important customer relations by negotiating and closing business deal. Meeting annual targets set by director of CEE.

Job Purporpose & Summary:

1. Provide sales for:

  • High quality, innovative executive and management education programs offered through a range of open enrolment and customized programs to a variety of public and private sector clients.
  • Organization consulting services
  • Market Research
  • New to business clients

2. Formulate and opertaionalize:

  • The CEE business plan and strategy
  • The annual marketing budget
  • Progrmas content writing
  • Program Marketing

3. Facilitate in the conducting of:

  • Research to identify the current and emerging trends and needs
  • Regular and timely development and revision of programs to meet these needs

4. Develop and present proposals to commercial clients and government organizations

5. Develop and present reports for the CEE Director

6. Liaise with senior corporate and government officials to ensure that positive relations are maintained and opportunities for mutual benefits are explored

7. Actively build key decision maker relationships with targetted client organizations, in order to facilitate the business development process

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in flexible hours and travel as required
  • Work is normally performed in a multicultural, multilingual office work environment
