Scope:
A data analyst is responsible to gather, interpret data, and to manage daily tasks / duties of the department efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, Data Analyst carries out feedback/surveys, and other activities assigned by the Supervisor and assists the team in the preparation of SAR/IPE reports.
Responsibilities:
- To carry out the Students’ Feedback Survey every semester
- To ensure execution of all HEC surveys by respective departments including:
- Graduating Student Feedback Survey
- Alumni Feedback Survey
- Employer Feedback Survey
- Faculty Satisfaction Survey
- Conduct and maintain Survey of Departments offering PhD programs annually
- To Prepare Grade Distribution Report to identify trends in instruction, grading, and assessment.
- To carry out Analysis on students’ academic performance to assess the student's performance
- To prepare a report to rank the best degree programs on the basis of Students’ feedback data.
- To assist in SAR/IPE/YPR preparation
- Maintain the documentation of the office work
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
