Scope/Purpose of Job
To provide necessary support to faculty, invigilating staff, students and organize all internal and external examination processes.
Major Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for students attending the reception area of the Examinations Department.
- Provide advice to candidates, dealing with inquires and receiving application forms.
- Assist in mailbox and telephone inquires for the students, responding to general queries and filtering more complex queries through to the relevant office.
- Support the exams team in all aspects of the exams administration.
- Maintain and update student’s attendance during Exam.
- Assist in the smooth functioning of examination department that includes conducting and invigilating the Exams.
- Verification of results for issuance of transcripts / progress reports.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably expected and which are commensurate with the level of the post.
