Job Description

  1. Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  2. Producing ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them efficiently.
  3. Responsible for collaborating with Director regularly for achieving specific targets of the business
  4. Developing the marketing strategy of company in line with company objectives.
  5. Coordinating marketing campaigns with Sales activities i.e. to create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to Management.
  6. Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and develop cost effective marketing plans.
  7. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  8. Make sure that the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image.
  9. Act as the lead in all marketing and communications activities. (Advisor and point of contact for other employees)
  10. Ensuring staffing levels are maintained in order to complete all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy.
  11. Carrying out competitor analysis to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is competing effectively
  12. Ensure the company’s representation at industry events and conferences
  13. PR is must and should be an added advantage.
  14. Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by marketing team.
  15. Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, and competitor product line.
  16. Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies to help marketing projects come to fruition.
  17. Prepare customer service graphical reports on monthly basis by collecting comments cards from all over the Pakistan, discuss reports with management and take improvement actions where required.
  18. Establishes marketing goals based on best performance and market forecasts, also comes up with initiatives for new products or services.
  19. Excellent grip on speaking techniques and body language accordingly

  20. Succession Planning: Develop a successor of himself as well as successors of his immediate subordinates.
