- Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.

- Prepare customer service graphical reports on monthly basis by collecting comments cards from all over the Pakistan, discuss reports with management and take improvement actions where required.
- Establishes marketing goals based on best performance and market forecasts, also comes up with initiatives for new products or services.

- Succession Planning: Develop a successor of himself as well as successors of his immediate subordinates.
