1. Recruitment 

  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates, according to the personnel requirements of each department approved by leaders.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand, provide the interviewees with good experience and attract / hire qualified candidates.

2.Personnel Matters

  • Be responsible for the establishment, supervision and implementation of the administrative personnel system of the company's projects, and the establishment of an institutionalized and standardized human resources management system.
  • Be responsible for handling employment and resignation procedures, promotion and transfer, attendance management, file management, labor contract management, etc. of the staff.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

3. Compensation and Performance 

  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and non-monetary benefits package that fits and is aligned to strategy and business goal of the company, according to market conditions, leadership requirements and employee needs.
  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure that the company offers competitive compensation plans.
  • Plan as a whole to establish the company's compensation and performance management system, and organize the formulation and supervision of the compensation and performance management plan.

4. Training 

Organize, supervise, track and record the implementation of the company's training plan.

5. Others

Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations.
