We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
This role has three main objectives:
Expanding on current opportunities by furthering active relationships
Developing new incoming opportunities
Creating additional opportunities with strategic business partnerships
Our target market is the US.
Responsibilities:
Generating leads and new business from digital and telecommunication sources.
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
Generate business through online platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn & CV Marketing.
Make contact with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with clients to build new business for the company.
You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
Requirements:
Must have experience and knowledge of Software Development and IT sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to be in video meetings.
Must be good at writing pitches and detailed proposals.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate.
Up to date on the latest industry trends, able to articulate trends clearly and confidently.
Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
