The Operations Manager will be responsible for the development, management and expansion of operations for E-Mandi; a digital electronic market for livestock
Key Deliverables:
- Develop an on the ground team of E-mandi agents for his/her assigned region of activity for E-mandi
- Recruit local traders/ bheoparis as agents
- Oversee and manage the activities of the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with partner organizations for project implementation and deployment of weekly E-mandi activities.
- Maintain relationship with partners for the various project; be the focal point for on-going operations with partners.
- Develop and conduct trainings for on the ground team.
- Represent UpTrade at various coordination platforms within the project implementation area.
- Ensure timely and effective coordination and liaison with government authorities for smooth implementation of the project.
- Develop periodic impact and progress reports for monitoring and evaluation of impact of our efforts on livelihoods, standards of living and quality of life improvement as a result of UpTrade interventions.
- Ensures that project documentation and record is properly maintained and updated.
