We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms, crafting persuasive proposals, and maintaining effective client communication. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of online bidding processes, and a genuine passion for business development. The ideal candidate will work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure competitive and accurate project submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and search for suitable projects on Upwork and similar freelancing platforms.
- Write customized, high-quality proposals tailored to attract potential clients.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to fully understand their project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as design, development, and marketing to prepare accurate and competitive project quotes.
- Follow up with clients regularly to build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for bidding and project acquisition.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of online bidding strategies and proposal writing techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective time management and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
