Job Description

  • Generate new sales via bidding on online platforms for solar panels and maintaining existing customers
  • Implementing and following Best Practices to grow, and maintain sales and a strong customer base
  • Speak one-on-one with homeowners about their energy usage and assist in finding the right solution
  • Experienced in bidding and proposal writing
  • Managing your time effectively in order to excel in a multi-faceted role
  • Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents.
  • Preparation prior to scheduled meetings with potential solar clients
  • Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term
  • Becoming an outsourced energy expert for your client base
  • Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their energy agreements and energy cost management needs
  • Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and energy suppliers
  • Communicate timely correspondence back to customers, track and resolving any issues regarding product.

Job Requirement

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a reputed US market BPO
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English with US accent
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Must be flexible to work in night shifts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in US solar sector would be a PLUS
