- Solar energy consultants must have strong customer service skills so they can effectively interact with clients and potential clients.
- They also need to have good analytical skills so that they can effectively process information and use it to reach reliable conclusions.
- Computer skills are needed to use analytical software’s.
- Generate new sales as well as maintain existing customers
- Participate in strategy sessions with sales team members regarding successful sales principles.
- Implementing and following Best Practices to grow, and maintain sales and a strong customer base
- Also mention need to have excellent English spoken and written skills
- Must have an experience to present to US client.
- Speak one-on-one with homeowners about their energy usage and assist in finding the right solution
- Managing your time effectively in order to excel in a multi-faceted role
- Problem-solving skills are an asset when they are providing energy use assessments and developing energy cost savings strategies.
- Preparation prior to scheduled meetings with potential solar clients
- Continually research the market to discover productive methods of generating leads & share any original methods with your teammates.
- Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term
- Becoming an outsourced energy expert for your client base
- Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their energy agreements and energy cost management needs
- Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and energy suppliers
- Any other duties reasonably requested

Job requirement
- An ideal candidate must have minimum 16 years of education with 4 years bachelor degree in Business management with experience of at least 2 years preferably call center.
- Also salary range 40000-80000 plus 2-4 times of monthly base salary in commission.
- A ideal candidate should target to take home 200000-400000 monthly in gross salary Candidates.
