We need a civil supervisor who is sharp at estimating tenders who can explore new tenders prepare them accurately and supervise the project.
Major responsibilities will include:
- Seeking funding sources and submitting bids
- Carrying out feasibility studies
- Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Writing reports
- Preparing and submitting final accounts
- Making valuations
- Looking after construction of designated buildings.
- Office work along with accounting.
- Repair and maintainance of buildings.
