We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Urban Galleria. To fulfill this role, you will be asked to build sustainable customer relationships, manage customer queries and complaints across a number of communication channels and generate sales leads with maximum efficiency.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, customer queries, and complaints across various channels.
- Generate sales leads
- Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
- Maintaining sustainable, empathetic and professional relationships with customers through interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
