- Responsible for major administrative tasks as like Planning & Development, Vendor management and contractions.
- Make log book of service vendors and make contact with service vendors for quotations and make agreement for work (Building Contractions/Electrical/Mechanical).
- Responsible for local purchasing as like electrical/mechanical items or for building construction material and visit market for sampling and rates verification.
- Preparing reports on expenses and other expenditures. (Local Purchasing)
- Responsible to visit all branches for building and maintenance issues for general repair (Publicity Boards, Printing Boards, constructions and updating (painting, etc.)
- Responsible to liaison with Govt. Departments as like WASA, WAPDA etc.
- Responsible to liaison with all branches heads to manage the daily administrative tasks & for follow up.
- Responsible to supervise and assign duties to Electrical & Supporting staff for all branches.
- Responsible for any other assignment given by management.
