ICORE is looking to recruit a Senior SEO Team Leader with wide experience (8-10 years minimum) in both off page and on page optimization of diverse field of E-COMMERCE (Fashion Industry) web sites mostly USA based. Extensive knowledge of search engine behavior and a proven track record with evidence is required (The candidate should be able to give the portfolio with ranking).

         RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute a SEO Plan after thorough SITE AUDIT (Manual and tool based) along with adaptive marketing strategies and improving them with changing market trends.
  • Manage social media channels of the brand and identifying additional social channels for brand to interact with its target audience.
  • Monitor website analytics and improving the website as per analytics feedback and findings.
  • Execute and Manage PPC and Retargeting campaigns for brands.
  • Work in close coordination with the Content and Editorial team to identify and publish the right content for brand’s blog, website and social media channels.
  • Improve the lead capturing process and optimizing it to improve the lead-to-customer conversion rate.
  • Build partnership strategies with affiliate agencies and individual affiliates to improve the overall demand for the brand.
  • Develop and execute high-quality, high-scale marketing and re-engagement programs
  • Experience with Google and Bing’s services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools
  • Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool
  • A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
  • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
  • Proven success in link building and viral strategies
  • The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy
  • A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
  • A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
  • Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
  • A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations
  • An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry
  • Familiarity with the best tools in the trade
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, creative, marketing) to implement and scale successful campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

  • A results-oriented, marketing expert who thrives on identifying and executing business opportunities
  • Emphasis on Marketing or Business with relevant work experience in online marketing, mobile app advertising, and marketing analytics
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns with Google and other vendors
  • Experience in online marketing disciplines with a strong emphasis in ROI driven performance marketing
  • Should be self-motivated and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment, proactive and persistent
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with strong organizational skills and attention to detailing.
  • 8-10 years of Experience is the MUST.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and web analytics
  • Experience running marketing automation platforms
  • Marketing campaign planning and management experience
  • A sense of urgency to drive projects to completion
  • Track record of delivering quality work on time
