Office Administrator  - Customer Advisor

Salary: Rs 25,000 – Rs 35000 ( based on experience )

Location: Johar Town Lahore 

 

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday , Between 13:00 pm – 21:00pm 

We are currently recruiting for a well-established UK based company within the Johar Town, Lahore area. Due to our growth and success as a business we are looking to expand our team and for 5 customer advisors/Office Administrators to come and join our team and be a part of their fantastic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Offering a fantastic level of customer service to support our existing customers
  • Contacting existing customers, no cold calling
  • Resolving or escalating any issues promptly
  • Working towards set targets
  • Providing admin support
  • Upselling/promoting the company
