Telesales Executive


Are you confident, ambitious and driven to earn commission? Are you comfortable making calls to Businesses and speaking to people at a variety of levels (Receptionists, Line managers & CEO’s)?


Responsibilities:  - Providing customers with the highest level of service - Developing sales from new and existing clients  - Managing Utility accounts and building new relationships - Dealing with the consumer market in the UK. Required skills:  - Excellent telephone manner - Well-developed customer service skills  - Experience in outbound sales  - Numerate and IT literate  - Confident and able to multitask within a fast paced environment  - Experience within the education sector is desirable 

Need to know:  - Salary Rs15,000 to Rs30,000 per month with a potential bonus scheme to be introduced. 

- Working hours will be discussed in interview

We are also looking for Administrators to assist the Sales Support Manager with day to day Call Centre administration and office tasks ensuring that quality standards are met through outstanding customer service and to ensure the office runs smoothly day to day.  Duties and responsibilities:  · Management of the Company database, ensuring all data is captured correctly and appointment records contain relevant MI, in timescales set

· Control and manage call agents daily feedback, by inputting details on to the Company database and liaising with the Call Centre and Sales Teams on all discrepancies and quality checks.

· Data input of inbound leads, ensuring all fields are captured correctly on the Company database · Collation of company’s Daily Sales Report, ensuring all results are captured correctly and delivered in the correct timescales

· Process of call agents commission reports on the Company database, as and when required

· Carry out the daily TSI post appointment checking, sharing results with the business and ensuring calls are passed to Trading Standards

· Carry out appointment checks using Crystal Reports, making sure all appointment bookings are in line with requests and raising any issues promptly, to ensure the Call Centre can make amendments and hit daily appointment targets.

· Supporting the Call Centre at all times and assisting the management team with any ad hoc administration tasks and reports required

· Cover office administrators functions as and when required, office payroll, Marketing newsletter, distribution of brochure letters, oversee the collection and distribution of post, collation and tracking of company invoices, general office management.

· Provide general administration including filing and support function for the Marketing team

· Cover of the Company’s customer care line and mailbox as and when required

Key skills:

· Experience working within an administrative role within a Call centre desirable

· Good attention to detail

· Ability to use MS Office and learn new systems


Need to know:  - Salary Rs15,000 to Rs 25,000 per month with a potential bonus scheme to be introduced.
