Job Brief:
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. The incumbent should have at least 3 to 5 year of experience (preferably of IT/Software Company or E-commerce or Online Marketing Company)
Senior HR Manager Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR Department. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with current HR practices and procedures, related to hiring and employee retention in Pakistan and the US, making HR policies, and shaping healthy Organisation Culture.
Ultimately, you will have to ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with the offshore management and report directly to the company’s CEO
· Work closely with managers on talent acquisition, employee retention, discussing employees’ current performance and career development paths, as well as recommending necessary changes
· Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
· Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
· Develop compensation and benefits plans
· Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
· Research and host in-house employee training
· Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
· Organize learning and development programs
· Ensure HR Department addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
· Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor laws and other applicable regulations
Requirements
· Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar Organisational Leadership role
· Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including Payroll Modules and Employee Database)
· Solid understanding of labor laws
· Excellent communication abilities
· Leadership skills
· Ability to foster healthy employee relations
· Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology from reputable universities (Relevant Certification is a plus)
