- Job Title: Call Center Executive/ TSRs
- Salary: 10,000.00 to 30,000.00 PKR + Commissions
- Location: Blue Area, Islamabad
- Shift: Second Shift (Afternoon 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM) Monday to Friday.
We are looking for fresh and experienced Tele-Sales Representatives who have good communication and selling skills for our evening-night shift. Our target market is USA/Canada. Candidate should be hardworking, dedicated and self-motivated. Good salary package is waiting for the right deserving candidate. - An excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Minimum 2-months call centre experience (UK, USA or Canadian campaigns)
- Must enjoy talking to people (via phone), as this role is all about people!
- A true professional with a positive attitude.
- Able to work honestly and ethically.
- Must be able to work in a fast past and dynamic work environment.
- An excellent communicator.
- Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
- The ability to persuade and influence without being pushy or aggressive.
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Skype.
- Must be able to work second shift (03:00 PM to 12:00 PM) Monday to Friday
- Lead generation and appointment setting skills
