Our team is looking for a Finance Trainee who will be working with our Finance Manager on all finance related tasks. This position is great for an aspiring business finance professional looking to work on business-critical projects and gain relevant work experience. Key
Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end financial reports.
- Create and maintain post journal entries.
- Assist with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
- Assist with audits, credit presentation & data entry.
- Work on Balance sheet reconciliation.
- Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts.
- Manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory.
- Support the payment processing team
- Prepare financial and collateral analysis and narration in loan reviews
- Monitor individual loans and compile periodic reviews and analysis. Qualifications and Experience
- Any professional certification (PIPFA/CIMA/ACCA/CA) or a degree in Accounting and Finance would be preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
