Customer Support Role responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending guiding product users through features and functionalities.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
Requirements:
• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Interest in online gaming.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with our developing team.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to handle stress.
CS Requirements:
• BCS, BCE, BSIT, BSSE.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CS or a related field.
• Written and verbal communication skills
