We have a great job opportunity for a Technical Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will come from a development background and will want to continue being hands-on whilst taking more of a management role.
You will be required to take responsibility for the leadership and development of others!
Skills and experiences:
- Should have 8 years of coding experience in various PHP frameworks also worked as a team lead
- Experience in the design and development of web and mobile applications in core PHP / PHP supporting frameworks / Open source Platforms such as WordPress, Opencart, Woocommerce, and Magento, etc
- Strong expertise of various PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend, Symphony, etc
- Strong knowledge of writing reusable components
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD process
- Understanding coding design principles behind a scalable application
- Knowledge of SASS based application development#
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Knowledge of various project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages multiple projects concurrently: provides work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports on a regular basis
- Develops the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverable as per client's need
- Tracks resources and ensures they are fully allocated across different projects
- Mentors project team members on best practices, including product delivery and IT framework
- Directs and assigns work activities and priorities
- Reviews and validates project requirement
- Tracks and manages application requirements during the development lifecycle incorporates changes to requirements through an established change management process
- Manages the scope change process: identifies and anticipates risks and issues, facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation
- Manages the project delivery process to ensure a successful implementation including on time, on budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction
- Responsible for Coordinating with Client in requirement Gathering, estimating, scheduling, planning, and Delivery
- Responsible for Resource Planning
