Responsibilities include the following:
· Service inbound customers. Effective coordination to inbound callers while providing excellent customer service.
· Focus on converting phone and web inquiries into Appointments.
· Conduct daily outbound calling to confirm Appointments.
· Assist with various special projects to be determined by manager.
· Checking the requests coming through email and forwarding them to the right surveyor depending on the area with putting the manager on CC.
· Modify the ticketing system after each request received and keep updating it based on the tracking of the process.
· Follow up with the customer and making the appointment after coordinating with the surveyor who will make the inspection.
· Coordinate with the banks while facing any problems regarding the inspections held and keep them updated.
· Perform daily proactive follow up with the surveyors for tracking the updates on the cases they are working on including pending and completed ones.
· Coordinate with the surveyors after completion the inspections to make sure the final certificates are sent to the clients on time.
· Checking with each surveyor individually his pending cases and requesting him to send emails with the reasons.
· Sending the completed visits (inspection certificates, valuation reports, LPO’s) to the bank representative who sent the request.
· Generate reports on daily basis.
· Generate monthly report in absence of supervisor.
· Cooperate in helping other departments in task assigned by Supervisor.
