Vaqra is seeking competent and committed professional fashion designers. To be eligible to apply you must:
· Must have a degree/a fashion designing course from a recognised fashion institute/university
· Evidence of relevant work experience/apprenticeship in the area of fashion/beauty
· A reference from a previous employer/university studied at will strengthen an application though is not necessary.
· Must be able to help style people for any occasion. An applicant must understand how to create trendy and appropriate looks for any occasion within a set budget.
· Must have a very strong understanding of both domestic and international brands. An applicant must know the fashion ranges and collections of these brands, the prices they sell at and the best way to source these clothes for a client.
· Must be able to put together fashionable outfits from a client’s wardrobe to allow them to optimise their usage of their existing clothes according to their style preferences
· Must be willing to act as a personal shopper
· Evidence of good IT skills. Must be able to learn and comfortably use new software.
· Must have a good command of spoken English.
· Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to provide excellent customer service. You must be confident and friendly, with an ability to form good inter-personal relations whilst maintaining strict professionalism.
