We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital presence and enhancing our online performance. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and opportunities for improved rankings.
- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page optimization strategies to enhance organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Perform website audits to identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Create content to optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and keyword integration.
- Identify and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase referral traffic.
- Monitor and report on key SEO performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Keep a close eye on competitors' SEO activities and make proactive adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website structure for technical SEO optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
