We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service to our clients and assist them with their needs. The candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers
  • Maintain customer records and update customer profiles in the database
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Provide customers with feedback and suggestions on how to improve their experience
  • Identify and escalate issues that require management attention
  • Provide support to customers during their entire journey with the company, from onboarding to post-purchase support

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Experience working in customer service or a similar role
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle difficult and challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
