Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team to cater to customers and help them through the process of installation. To ensure success as an Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for using your knowledge & expertise of company Tracking Products to connect with consumers, you should have a good working knowledge of Vehicle Tracking Services, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all outbound calls and addressing customer needs
- Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between Team members.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation Must be detail-oriented
Requirements:
- Laptop/Computer/Headphone and Internet must be available at own
- Intermediate in any other major (Preferably)
- Good knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
- Orientation at Zoom meeting
Job Type: Remote – 40 hours per week,
Salary range: 20,000 –25,000 Plus Commission (Depending on the experience)
Fresh candidate from all over Pakistan can be apply preferably English/Udu Sindh, Punjabi, Balochi & Pashto Speaking.
