- Prepare pre-qualification & registration documentation.
- Work with sales team and put together bids, ensuring accuracy of information in a timely manner.
- Ensure all required information is provided prior to start of tender process.
- Provide detailed cost estimates for tender submissions, liaise with suppliers in requesting quotations
- Prepare and produce tender and full proposal documentation on qualified bids ensuring bid compliance.
- Produce bid support material as required.
- Liaise with product suppliers for technical information and competitive pricing.
- Attend bid clarification and handover meetings.
