ICT Distribution is currently seeking a Vendor Acquisition Coordinator with expertise in Software and Security Solutions to expand its vendor base across South Asia, particularly in Pakistan. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire new software and security solution vendors aligned with ICT’s growth plans.
- Lead vendor onboarding processes, including negotiations and contract management.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing vendors and strategic partners.
- Ensure vendor compliance with ICT’s operational, technical, and commercial standards.
- Monitor market trends in software, cloud, and cybersecurity sectors across Pakistan and South Asia.
- Provide market insights to support product expansion, competitive positioning, and vendor selection.
- Contribute to strategic planning aimed at sustainable revenue growth and increased market penetration.
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth product integration and availability.
- Support sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting related to vendor solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance vendor-related operations.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new vendor offerings.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and product briefs that effectively showcase vendor capabilities.
- Address operational bottlenecks between vendors and internal teams to improve sales effectiveness.
- Track vendor performance, sales trends, and product adoption metrics.
- Provide actionable reports highlighting opportunities, risks, and challenges within the vendor landscape.
- Support the development of incentive, promotional, and channel engagement programs.
- Stay updated on technology shifts, pricing models, and market dynamics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support vendor operations and growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in vendor acquisition, product management, distribution, or business development.
- Proven success in managing and onboarding technology vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing vendor or partner agreements.
- Solid understanding of software, cloud, and cybersecurity market ecosystems.
