- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio both print and digital
- Should be able to create catchy and attractive cover designs and layouts
- Should have experience in making promotional materials, corporate branding, LOGO designing and website template development.
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Possession of creative flair, conceptual/visual ability and originality
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop etc)
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
- Should be open to feedback and willing to make changes to designs
- Must know printing process, Design Layouts, Catalog Designing, Billboards Designing and the output of design for printing jobs.
- The candidate must be experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, and especially CorelDraw.
- Perform research on the current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- And other duties as assigned
