• Data entry of sales for the company and associated companies.
  • Data entry of Purchase Vouchers.
  • Maintaining the records and documentation of associated companies and branches sales and expenses.
  • Maintaining cash book manually and keeping its record in system ensuring all bills for expenses received and approved.
  • Reporting to Manager Accounts if there are differences in accounts etc.
  • Preparation of monthly report on financial status of company.
