We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving client acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development (2+ years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to identify client needs and present solutions effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
Background in consulting, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
